Paradox Ranch

The Paradox Ranch consists of 933 +/- deeded acres and is appropriately named for its commingled ranch and recreation elements. The ranch has fantastic elk and deer hunting, waterfowl hunting, amazing fishing, and is a tidy agricultural and development property all in a fascinating ecological paradox of a real estate investment.

The property is located just 25 minutes from the Wyoming Border in Big Horn County, Montana, and encompasses both sides of the first 2.28 miles of the Tongue River Tailwater supporting nine species of fish. There are approximately 157 acres of adjudicated irrigated acres, with the potential to develop another 90 acres, planted in alfalfa, sorghum, wheat, and sunflowers. The ranch has excellent water rights which support food plots for game and wildlife habitat, crop production for stock, and supplies water for domestic use and potential development.
