Meade Creek Lodge

The Meade Creek Lodge is situated on 35.3 acres north of Meade Creek Road in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The property is easily accessed via the Meade Creek Road exit from I-90 or from Highway 87 south of Sheridan. The building is approximately 2,016 square feet and was constructed in 2001 and overlooks several ponds and expansive views of the Bighorn Mountains.

The entrance to the lodge features a large mudroom, with access to the converted garage, game processing room, a non-conforming bedroom with a bathroom, and entrance into the kitchen in living room. There is a studio-style bedroom above the garage with a bathroom and kitchenette. There are two bedrooms off of the kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a stacking washer and dryer on the main floor. The loft above the kitchen and living room has three additional rooms, currently serving as non-conforming bedrooms, and a bathroom with two showers and toilets.

The property has historically served as a hunting lodge and guest quarters. There are mature trees planted near the lodge and there is a gravel yard and driveway around the building.

The ponds are spring-fed and remain full most of the year. The Seller adds water to the pond next to the lodge once a year in August, with shares from Kearney Reservoirs, which will be transferred as part of the sale.
