The Hazelton Mountain Retreat features a custom 2,300 square foot, partially furnished, log home and includes a 480 square foot guest cabin. The main home was built in 1999 and has two bedrooms and a loft sleeping area, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one on the main level), a half bathroom in the garage downstairs, a spacious kitchen with rustic maple cabinets, and an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, log beams, knotty/burled support posts and log walls. A wood stove is located in the main room and is used to heat the home in addition to radiant floor heat on the main floor. A custom spiral log staircase, built by a local craftsman, is used to access the loft which has custom log railings and overlooks the main room. The 1,300 square foot ground level basement is heated and has two large garage doors, and an abundance of room for a shop or storage. The property has internet, telephone service through HughesNet internet calling, and satellite TV. The 480 square foot guest cabin was built in 1993 and can sleep four people. This cabin has a bed in the main room, one bath, a kitchenette, and a sleeping loft. It has a wood stove, propane heat, electricity and two ceiling fans. There are outdoor two seating areas with firepits, a kid's tree house with a zip-line through the property, and horseshoe pits. This class, mountain retreat is perfect for enjoying the history, beauty, recreation, and solitude that can only be found in the Bighorn Mountains.
