The property is conveniently accessed off of Mallo Camp Road and US Highway 85. Highway 85 is a major thoroughfare to Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon and other area attractions in the Black Hills. Hill City, Keystone, Mount Rushmore, Lead, Deadwood, and Terry Peak Ski Area are all within 50 miles of the property. Mallo Camp is a well-maintained gravel county road and borders the property on the north. There is access to thousands of acres of public National Forest land only one mile from the property. The property is located in close proximity to the following towns:
