Joe was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He attended the University of Wyoming both as an undergraduate and as a graduate student in the College of Law. Joe acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1996 and subsequently obtained his Juris doctorate in May 2001.

Upon graduating, Joe returned to his family’s ranch just north of Cheyenne. He has been active in the ranch’s day to day operations for seventeen years. Over the past ten years, Joe has successfully transformed the ranch from a grass leasing operation to a self sufficient cow/calf operation. He is also in charge of hay and forage production as part of his ranch duties. Along with the family business, Joe is President of Lodgepole Land & Cattle Company, a closely held Wyoming corporation.

Joe’s interest in business and real estate is evidenced by his educational background and personal endeavors. He appreciates the value of hard work and dedication to a cause. Much of Joe’s business experience stems from working closely with his father who is a licensed Wyoming attorney. His father is the founder of two successful state chartered banks and has established, and currently operates, Wyoming’s only domestic title insurance company, Founders Title Insurance, located in Cheyenne.

Joe’s background and experience make him a strong asset to Pfister Land Company, LLC. Joe is licensed in Wyoming.
