SNIDER RANCH:

The Snider Ranch is a good grass and recreation ranch located in Clearmont, Wyoming in southeast Sheridan County. It is a scenic, well-watered grass ranch with solid improvements consisting of 3,756± deeded acres, 640± State of Wyoming lease acres, and 40 BLM lease acres. The ranch occupies its own private valley and the headquarters are only 4-1/2 miles from town. The ranch is situated in a tranquil valley with rolling hills, grassy ravines, and dikes and permitted reservoirs with an end of the road setting, which allows for privacy and seclusion, but very accessible. Whitmeyer Creek, an intermittent stream, runs through the ranch for approximately 2-1/2 miles and fills several reservoirs which are used for seasonal irrigation and provide quality habitat for wildlife and livestock.
