| Property Description: The Deer Haven Ranch consists of 7,521± deeded acres, 480± state lease acres, and 280± BLM lease acres located west of Hawk Springs, and southeast of Wheatland. Located along the Goshen Rim, this property is very diverse from the steep, rugged canyons to the scenic pine, cedar, and juniper tree-covered ridges to gently sloping pastures and hay meadows. Approximately 1,800± acres are in CRP. A live, year-round stream provides water to irrigated meadows and provides habitat for trophy mule deer, antelope, migrating elk, upland birds, and numerous other wildlife. This property has never been commercially hunted. The Deer Haven Ranch is near the Torrington livestock terminals. The Deer Haven Ranch is adjacent to the Canyon View Ranch, a working cattle ranch with an abundance of grazing land and water for livestock.
