Land Values in North Central Montana

According to Roald Aageson, an appraiser from Northwest Farm Credit Service, values and rents in North Central Montana remained stable from 2016 to 2017. Values for irrigated land increased ranged from $2000 to $3500 / acre whereas rents ranged from $75 to $125 / acre. RMEF Closes Easement in Southeast Wyoming

A collaborative effort between Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF), National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Wyoming, and a private landowner, has resulted in the permanent protection of 2,132 acres in southeast Wyoming.
