Mandy grew up on her family’s farm and ranches, which were located in the Gila River valley of southeast Arizona. Mandy worked with her parents raising registered Brangus cattle and growing alfalfa hay; gaining first hand business knowledge of cattle and hay production. She then attended Cochise College in Douglas, AZ on a basketball and rodeo scholarship. She received an associate degree of general studies, and then while working full time, continued her education at New Mexico State University, completing her bachelor’s degree in agricultural business. Mandy spent the following seven years working as an administrative manager in the financial and insurance business. They specialized in working with seniors, helping them to conserve, protect, and distribute their assets. She furthered her education by acquiring her securities and insurance licenses which enabled her to deal directly with clients providing innovative solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. Mandy then spent two years on the Ladder Ranch with her husband Mike who trains bird dogs. They traveled to different properties all over the west, helping with wildlife management, guiding hunts, and exploring large ranches and what they have to offer. Mandy has been excited about real estate and property speculations since she bought her first piece of land during her college years. Her drive and strong work ethic were a major part of her upbringing and are still one of her strongest qualities. Her ambition and positive attitude are contagious; she brings many skills and great customer relations to Pfister Land Company.
