Land Prices in Montana

The Billings Gazette recently ran an interesting article regarding land values in Montana. In the article titled "Appraisal shows high-end land costs slipping" by Charles Johnson he states "While sale prices for residential homes and land throughout much of Montana have stabilized in recent years, land values have softened in some of the most expensive parts of the state, a Revenue Department official said Tuesday."
